Vexan's Commision Terms

I've made 4 animations in span of 1 and a half year for others as commission. It depends on complexity, length and requirements. Once you give me your script or explanation, visual references and thumbnail ideas, I estimate the final price of the commision. Contact only through sending me E-Mail at:

You may request for a deadline, but I must approve it. In that case it might not turn out the best matching to your script because I would prioritize time over best matching to your script. you'll get the animation file and the custom thumbnail for it, if you want I'll give you all the files I use to make it as well. I won't delete them from my computer, so I can fix issues that might come up. I'll never share the animation and the files elsewhere, that means I grant you the full ownership and usage rights. Unless you choose to credit me which would be very kind of you.

Once I show you the animation, you may request for small changes but never a full rework. You may request only once for that, so it's best to give me the correct and detailed explaination/script so we wouldn't bump into issues like that, the more detailed the better and more accurate.

Before I start animating, I expect your payment of the commision and a 1,000 dollars one-time trust fee. so if I estimate 500 dollars for the animation, since it's our first deal, your total would be 1,500 dollars. I won't charge you 1,000 dollars again for future commisions. I don't raise the price extra on your request of deadline, thumbnail, files, ownership, nor on your request for small changes. I don't lower the price if you opt to credit me.

I'm a fair person so if you choose to cancel the deal, I'll pay the commision back to you in full, not the trust fee, which is one of the purposes of the trust fee. payment only through paypal and up front (before I start animating). If I become unreachable and it's before giving you the animation file, I'll pay the commision back to you in full AND the trust fee. if it's after giving you the animation file, I count the deal as done and over. If you disappear, then I pause the project (stop animating) until you come back.

Optional but much appreciated, a short sentence from you about the experience of the commision and quality of animation would let me add to my portfolio.
